July has been a big month for us. We potty trained Parker using the great 3 day method we used for Kennedy. We are loving not changing diapers all day!! At least for a few more months anyways. We bought a house (the one we've been renting from my sister for the last 2 years). And today we're leaving for a 26 hour drive to my mom's cottage in Ontario. Should be an interesting trip!! Our 5th anniversary is a week from today. To celebrate Chad and I are taking our first trip without the kids to the British Virgin Islands in August.

Father's Day

We had a busy Father's Day. First we had brunch with Dad & Bunny. Then the Grandma's stayed at home while Parker napped and Chad, Kennedy and I enjoyed an hour at the pool. Then it was off to Kennedy's first ballet recital. We ran home to get Parker in bed and then enjoyed Pops in the Park, one of my favourite things about Charlotte.

Kennedy & Parker love their jeep. When we first got it out a couple months ago Kennedy didn't remember to drive it so Chad went behind her with a ski pole holding down the pedal. It took all of 5 minutes of that before she got the hang of it. They are so funny to watch driving around our cul de sac.
